Fruit Vinegars from Global Gardens are all fruit-infused California Champagne
Vinegars. Our Champagne Vinegar comes to us from a professional vinegar
maker up in the Napa Valley wine region who uses sparkling wine from the
Domaine Chandon vineyard. We have never tasted a more premium Champagne
Vinegar anywhere. It comes to us by the barrel and then we infuse it with
fruits—our Pomegranate Vinegar is made from local organic pomegranates.
Other vinegars are made from the highest quality fruit we can find which
we formulate carefully as we make every single batch by hand in our own
commercial kitchen. Each batch is taste-tested and sometimes our formula
is revised a little bit to make it taste just right. Labels are clearly
marked with sugar content. The sweetest of our fruit vinegars contains
only 4 grams of sugar and no fat, never any colorings and always, always
the fruit itself!
