All Global Gardens olive oils are Extra Virgin
First Cold Pressing Olive Oils from the most current harvest. We
pride ourselves in educating our customers at our Destination Store
in downtown Los Olivos, CA on all the different flavor nuances of
olive oils as they relate to their varietals and environmental impact.All
of our oils are clearly marked with varietal and place of origination.
Sometimes we do not label our olive oils with harvest dates depending
on the bottle and face label style—just ask us!

Extra Virgin First Cold Pressing Mission Olive Oil
Finally, we had a large enough crop of one
of my favorite olives as a kid—have you ever made puppets
with those big pitted waxy canned black olives? Well, this
is no puppeteering olive oil to laugh about. Awesome liquid
golden buttery flavor rushes onto your palate, followed just
a few seconds later with aromatic essences of pepper. Hurry!

Imported Greek Sparta Estate First
Cold Pressing Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wow. Talk about a mild, yet full-fruity
flavored extra virgin olive oil that will do some bouzouki
dancing for you all night long if you want it to...when we
tasted this oil we knew we had to have the entire offering
for our customers and we're not sorry. This is the most popular
imported item at our Los Olivos Destination Store. Scramble
eggs, grill sandwiches, bake and use this oil every day in

California Mission Extra Virgin Olive
Oil
A Gold Medal Winner at the Los Angeles County
Fair, this olive oil is probably the mildest and least peppery
oil in our line-up...but still one of our favorites for bread
dipping and salads, scrambling eggs and just plain drinking.

Fruit Champagne Vinegars
Fruit Vinegars from Global Gardens are all fruit-infused
California Champagne Vinegars. Our Champagne Vinegar comes to us
from a professional vinegar maker up in the Napa Valley wine region
who uses sparkling wine from the Domaine Chandon vineyard. We have
never tasted a more premium Champagne Vinegar anywhere. It comes
to us by the barrel and then we infuse it with fruits—our
Pomegranate Vinegar is made from local organic pomegranates. Other
vinegars are made from the highest quality fruit we can find which
we formulate carefully as we make every single batch by hand in
our own commercial kitchen. Each batch is taste-tested and sometimes
our formula is revised a little bit to make it taste just right.
Labels are clearly marked with sugar content. The sweetest of our
fruit vinegars contains only 4 grams of sugar and no fat, never
any colorings and always, always the fruit itself!

make cookies with his figs...we've decided to one-up the cookie
to make the best vinegar to replace balsamic since, well...balsamic!

green apple specialty for our club members about 18 months

will double as awesome additions to make your own dipping oils.
start with ¼ tsp. to ¼ cup oil and then go up from
there…if it’s still too spicy for you, double the oil;
or if you’re like me, double the spice!...you can always add
more for additional flavor! These spice blends are to be found nowhere
but here at Global Gardens...we use only the finest, freshest, hand-ground
herbs and spices to create these flavorful blends.
Jamaican Wow-Wow

(they really aren't too hot--mostly savory) to compose this incredible
